The France international has played a key role in helping PSG reach the semi-final against Arsenal. However, the former Barcelona star was not part of the matchday squad for their Ligue 1 win over Le Havre at the weekend.

Dembele was left out of the PSG squad by head coach Luis Enrique due to being rested after taking part in the demanding Champions League quarter-final second leg against Aston Villa a few days earlier. It remains to be seen if Dembele will feature for the French giants against Nantes on Tuesday night.

If Dembele was to have a fitness concern for the clash against Arsenal, it may force Enrique to leave the forward on the sidelines for the important fixture. The Gunners already have an idea of facing PSG without Dembele in the team, having done so earlier in the season.

It was back in October that Arsenal claimed a 2-0 win over PSG in the league phase of the competition. Dembele was not part of the squad for the clash at the Emirates Stadium, which will give the Gunners hope if the forward is not available for the clash in North London this time around.

Enrique will be expected to provide an update on Dembele's fitness when the clash against Arsenal draws closer. For the time being, though, it will be mere speculation as to whether or not the 27-year-old will be available for the Champions League semi-final clash.
