James Maddison has seemingly had the last laugh over Roy Keane with the pair reigniting their light-hearted feud after Tottenham won the Europa League.
Ahead of Manchester United's Premier League clash against Spurs at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium back in February when Keane criticised Maddison for not impacting games consistently.
Just a few days later during that game,

Keane then gave a reply of his own with the former United midfielder issuing another jibe. "Good on him," he admitted on Stick to Football. "Absolutely no problem (with it). I still go with what I said, I don't think he does enough of that."
"But when he scored, I was at home with my cup of tea and went "Good on you". No problem, people have a go at you, you answer them back."
He added: "I was hoping he do the same the other day but he was subbed against Ipswich."
In the following few months, Maddison somewhat proved Keane right but on the big stage, he stepped up for Spurs. The England international won the penalty that Dominic Solanke scored to seal their spot in the semi-finals before then scoring himself in that knockout round.
Injury has seen his season end in heartbreak but he was certainly not bothered about missing out when lifting the trophy in Bilbao.
Following that, Maddison was interviewed on which saw him take part in a playful but also frosty conversation with Keane.
"I wasn't going to do any interviews but then I heard it was Roy Keane," he began which saw Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards laughing hysterically. The latter then asked him to do his trademark darts celebration to which he duly obliged and said, "Roy Keane, that's for you son."
"I've always said he's a good player but he needs to be more consistent, simple as that," Keane then responded with a smile on his face.
Maddison, seemingly referencing his recent impact, then retorted back: "The reason why we were here tonight, Roy."
"I know you played your part, well done don't worry," the 53-year-old replied.
The Spurs man then admitted: "I am only messing. Delighted man, delighted. All joking aside people like yourself and Roy who go quite heavy in the media about putting us down and that, you have got to use that, you have got to use that.
"When I joined Tottenham, you know what it's like, everyone just goes 'oh he's retired from winning trophies now' and all this.
"I said to my dad and my best mate, I am going to lift silverware for Tottenham. I am not trying to make this mad story, but I fully believed I could come and create something that could."
