Wear glasses while going out in the sun.
If you have to go out, then definitely wear sunglasses. It protects the eyes from the strong rays of the sun and also prevents dust and dirt from entering the eyes. Try to buy glasses that have UV protection, so that the eyes do not get much damage.
Cool the eyes

Stay hydrated and adopt the right diet.
In summer, there is a lack of water in the body, which also affects the eyes. Drink plenty of water throughout the day and consume juice or coconut water. Include green vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, and things rich in vitamin A in the diet, so that the eyes remain healthy.
Use eye drops
If you feel excessive itching or dryness in the eyes, then use eye drops as per the doctor's advice. It helps in maintaining moisture in the eyes and provides relief from irritation.
