According to sources, the terrorists had snatched two mobile phones of the tourists before the attack. Indian Army officers also became eyewitnesses

According to sources, an Indian Army officer was also present in the valley at the time of the incident. He was on leave and had come to visit Pahalgam. After the attack, he immediately handed over some important clues to the security forces and NIA which are proving to be very important in the investigation.

It has also been confirmed in the investigation that a local terrorist named Adil Thokar not only took the Pakistani terrorists from outside to Baisaran Valley through the forest but also supported them during the attack.
