Emmerdale's Michael Parr reveals girlfriend is pregnant with adorable snaps

Actor has announced that he's expecting a baby with his partner. The newly-returned cast member shared the news with fans alongside a series of photos of the couple showcasing the baby bump.

Michael, 38 - who plays Ross Barton on the soap - and his partner Isabelle Du Plessis shared the news this evening. The couple shared a joint post on . His partner wrote in the caption: "In our Mum & Dad Era."

The post included photos of Michael and Isabelle posing together whilst showcasing her baby bump. It included a photo of them taking a selfie in a bedroom mirror, whilst two others showed them stood on a beach.

Teasing over the news whilst at the coast, the couple shared a photo of a message written in the sand. It featured their respective initials before confirming that their family would "soon" be expanding. The message read: "M.J.P [and] I.D.P SOON 2 B 3."

The couple have been met with well wishes over the news and several Emmerdale stars reacted in the comments section. Michelle Hardwick - who plays Vanessa Woodfield - reacted: "Absolutely beautiful." Amelia Flanagan - who plays April Windsor - shared heart emojis in the comments section.

Amy Walsh - who plays Tracy Metcalfe - wrote beside a heart emoji: "Cute." Lewis Cope - who played Nicky Miligan - wrote: "Love it mate." Ned Porteous - who plays Joe Tate - teased in his reply: "Adopt me." Shebz Miah - who plays Kammy Hadiq - shared emojis including a heart and an angel.

It was previously reported that Michael on social media last summer. He's said to have with his co-star - who plays Victoria Sugden on Emmerdale.
