Prince Harry 'running Sussex show' despite claims that Meghan is the mastermind

is reportedly the one "running things behind the scenes" when it comes to with Meghan Markle, an expert has revealed. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex quit royal life in 2020 and have carved their own path in America ever since.

While some believe it is Meghan, 43, managing their livelihoods in America, the Editor at Large of , Charlotte Griffiths, that it is in fact Harry who "wears the trousers". The expert was told this after finding out that the couple were set to have their own individual chief of staff.

It is believed this is because Harry, 40, could be working on his own commercial project, following in the footsteps of his wife who this year launched her Netflix show, her new brand As Ever, and her own podcast series.

Griffiths said: "Meghan has been given her own chief of staff, and Harry's got his own separate chief of staff. And this is quite a big development for them to have separate people running their lives.

"I was told Harry wears the trousers. I mean, the body language does say otherwise, but their message is that Harry is running things behind the scenes.

"And he's got this new commercial social enterprise venture, and actually all this selling jam has been her time, and he's been standing back to let her shine.

"And now he's going to come forward, especially towards the end of the year, it's going to be about him and what he's selling."

Prince Harry has been supportive of his wife this year as she has focused on her various work projects, with the duke taking a seat behind-the-scenes instead.

However, this doesn't seem to have bothered the prince. He : "I am so happy for my wife and fully support absolutely everything she's done and continues to do. I'm incredibly proud."

Meghan has also praised Harry for how supportive he has been to her as she has carried out her recent work projects.
