The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) will declare the Class 12th results tomorrow, May 14, 2025, according to an official notice published on the board’s website, pseb.ac.in. The announcement puts an end to weeks of speculation regarding the result date for over 2.8 lakh students who appeared for the examination this year.

The PSEB Class 12 board exams were conducted from February 13 to April 4, 2025, across multiple centres in Punjab. The results will be available online, and students can access their provisional marksheets using their roll number or name on the official result portal.

The notice on the official website reads, “The results of Senior Secondary (10+2) examinations March 2025 will be available on the website on 14th May 2025, after 3:00 PM.”

• Visit the official website: Navigate to pseb.ac.in, the official portal of the Punjab School Education Board.
  

• Click on the result link: On the homepage, look for the link titled “PSEB Class 12th Result 2025” and click on it.
  

• Enter details: You will be redirected to a result login page where you must input your roll number or full name as per your admit card.
  

• Submit your information: After entering the required details, click the “Submit” button.
  

• View your result: Your Class 12th result will be displayed on the screen. Verify all the details, including subject-wise marks, total marks, and other information.
  

• Download and save the result: For future reference, download the provisional marksheet in PDF format and keep a copy for your records. This provisional result will be valid for initial academic and college admission purposes until the original marksheet is issued.
  

PSEB Class 12th result 2025: How to access it through SMS
To assist students in regions with limited internet connectivity, PSEB has enabled result access via SMS. Students must type PB12 space Roll Number and send it to 56767650 to receive their result instantly on their mobile phones.

Officials have clarified that the digital result is provisional. Students will be required to collect their final hardcopy marksheets from their respective schools once they are made available. The provisional document, however, will be valid for use in college admissions and other immediate academic processes.

PSEB 12th result: A look at past year trend

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) officially announced the Class 12th results for 2024 on April 30th, 2025. The exams, which were held from February 13 to March 30, 2024, saw participation from approximately 300,000 students across various examination centers in Punjab.


A standout achievement came from Ekam Preet Singh, a student of BCS Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana, who topped the district with a perfect score of 100%. The overall pass percentage for Class 12th students stood at 93.04%, with girls outperforming boys by achieving a pass rate of 95.74%, compared to 90.74% for boys.
